This is the big, ambitious one.

Three very different books that interconnect and overlap, like lovers chasing each other through time.

I love the fantasy genre.  I can't abide almost every fantasy book I pick up.  This is me writing the fantasy epic I would most like to read.

I'm writing the middle book first.

The Hand of Aggraban - a road trip for an orc called Kano and a goblin called Jaffa.  They must journey through the kingdoms of man to get back home.

The Sovereign Galaxies - the life story of a long-lived wizard who first appeared in The Hand of Aggraban.  What is life like for somebody who is more awake than your average human being, yet must endure increasing periods of ‘non-lucidity’ as his existence continues on and on through the years?

The Children of Mab - told in the first person by Yanto, a man from contemporary Britain who becomes, at the age of fourteen, the apprentice of the wizard we read about in The Sovereign Galaxies.

Excerpts

Read excerpt 1 of The Sovereign Galaxies – The opening pages.

Read excerpt 2 of The Sovereign Galaxies – Five year old Ben has been rescued from a terrible fate by a strange wizard. The rescue has been an awful ordeal for both of them in terms of physical, mental and emotional trauma.  Upon being transported to the wizard's home both wizard and boy collapse to the floor and sleep through into the next day.
